Note: We support 100% remote work for applicants. This is a part-time role for 2 weeks and converted to full-time after that based on performance. During these 2 weeks, and since Recrunova is still pre-revenue, the compensation is $5 per hour + 5% commission for every $2K deal. Reporting to our CEO and CFO, we’re looking for a senior sales associate with business development experience to help us capture and expand our US customer base.

Responsibilities
The goals for this role can be broken down into 3 phases.Phase I - Pitch Development
Collaborate with the founders to develop a pitch deck that effectively articulates our service value proposition.Phase II - Lead Generation and Client Outreach
Formulate and execute outbound lead generation and outreach strategies. This may include cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn. Propose partnership opportunities in coordination with the founders. Select and integrate CRM and sales management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to streamline your sales funnel and pipeline.Phase III - Close Sales and Iterate
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure. Investigate and recommend the use of AI technologies to enhance sales effectiveness.Definition of Success We aim for you to hit the ground running by securing 3+ clients in your first month. The goal is to double this number month-over-month, aiming for a steady sales quota of approximately 15-20 clients per month.
Basic Qualifications
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Proven experience in the responsibilities outlined above. At least two years of hands-on experience in B2C sales and business development, with a proven track record in generating leads and converting sales. Proficient in leveraging LinkedIn for lead generation purposes. Exceptional skills in crafting and delivering compelling PowerPoint pitch decks. Ability to deeply understand customer personas and segment the target audience effectively. A natural at persuasion and negotiation. Adaptability is key; given our startup culture, you should be prepared to pivot according to business needs, which could include a focus on business development or transitioning into our B2B services. Availability to coordinate and conduct calls across US time zones.
